I need a wiring diagram to understand the component - stop/tail light checker

does anyone has a diagram can be posted ?

However, I found the document I need was absent - possible, UK MF differs from US MF .
I need 98 Honda Accord UEX vtec 3.0, 6 cylinder. The components, wire color etc in the
document are different from what I have.
