air conditioner problem
1996 Honda Accord. Air conditioner blows cold at whichever vent you check. The problem is the volume of cold air gets smaller the higher up the directional dial I go(even the windshield; you can feel the air that is getting there is as cold as at the floor.)
Any help would be appreciated.
The engine is a 4 cylinder with manual transmission
