I am interested in buying a Honda civic possibly. I want peoples opinion because I want it to be easily worked on with a wide variaty of options. Is that a good model for what I want to do, customize it, and I want it to be fast. Don't have a ton of money and is meant to be a project car. Any advice and year appretiayed along with potentials and major parts to be upgraded to run safely. And if I should get an engine swap or just upgrade. So help plz thanks. PS. Want to hit a 12.9 or bette quarter mile.
