Default Can you Identify This Part? 1990 Honda Accord

So I'm replacing the timing belt and water pump on my accord, and I'm just about to put the side engine mount back in, and I find this bracket(?) that I'm not sure where it goes. I labelled it as an engine mount bracket, but it doesn't seem to go with the mount. I've been working on the car in my spare time over the last week or two; I had pictures on my phone of the disassembly process, but the phone broke, and I can't find it in any of the photos or diagrams in either the Haynes or FSM. I even borrowed my friend's '92 Accord to see if I could locate the part there, but can't find it there either. What the heck is this part and where does it go? (bonus points if you also know the proper torque specs for the bolts, I have those with it).

welcome to the forum. go to hondaautomotiveparts.com or Majestic honda and put in all the info on your car. go to cylinder block- oil pan and you will see the part on the right hand side of the diagram. I could not find the name of the part but it is part of the mount in the timing belt area. and sorry i did not look up the torque specs for the bolts.
