Clicking noise by gas pedal in 2004 Accord
My car is the 2004 Accord manual transmission 2.4l ex-l. This video attached is my issue. This is below the steering wheel to the right of the gas pedal. Can anyone tell me what this thing is making this clicking noise? It looks like it is stuck
