Default coolant problem help?! loosing 1/2+ a gallon a day

So I have had my 94 honda accord for a couple of years now, replaced the water pump about two years ago now and havent had any problems. Well now i'm leaking out about a half a gallon of coolant every time i go for a drive it doesnt seem to be leaking out until the engine has cooled off but its enough to cause me problems... Like i said i changed the water pump about two years ago now and just replaced the thermostat last week when i first noticed this problem.. cant seem to find the leak but seems to be in the front passanger side near the radiator.. the hoses don't appear to have holes however... could it be the radiator plug? help?!

welcome the forum. You can do a rad pressure check with a tool and watch it leak while cool. borrow from auto zone, or any car parts place. don't put too much press. 4-8 lbs est. have to look for leak to fix it.

I havent pressure tested it, but I changed the radiator plug and that made the leak slower but it seems to be coming from the bottom of the radiator where the plastic cover meets the radiator is there any way to fix this without buying a new radiator?

may have to take the rad out and send it to a shop to reseal. may as well rod it out at the same time. cost is much less than a new rad. call around and get an est to rod out your rad. if it is not cracked, it can be saved. if not a new rad is about 130.00 from a parts house.
