Default Cylinders 1,2,3 are misfiring

Hi, I own a 2003 Honda Accord Ex and for the last 3 months, I have been fixing major issues involving the engine. I am currently dealing with a rough idle for the last 1.5 months and the mechanic who has been the one to fix my car has yet been able to pinpoint the root cause. For reference, the spark plugs, fuel injectors, ignition coils, timing belt/water pump, air filter, camshaft sensors A and B, downstream O2 sensor, and valve gasket covers have all been replaced. Is there anything else that can be causing a rough idle and now causing misfires on cylinders 1,2,3? Thanks!

You don't have a mechanic. He's a parts changer. Did he test anything or just say, 'Well we can try this or that'.
BTW What are the codes? Your cat is probably plugged a bit with all the misfires. We needs to test things. I start with the current codes.

He did test using the code reader. The codes now are P0101, P0102, and P0103

Getting codes is not testing. Once you have the codes you start testing from there. What did he test and what were the results?
