Default D or N at traffic lights?

Hi,
Is it better to stay on D and hold the brake or shift to N while waiting at traffic lights?
My main concern is the longevity of transmission and engine.
AFAIK, fuel saving is negligible.
2017 Accord CVT.
Kinda beginner question I know.
Thanks in advance

By manually shifting you are causing more wear than just driving it normally.
