hey all

I have a 90, honda accord 4 door and forsome reason everyonce and awhile when i am driving all the lights and gauges will go off my hazards will come on and stay that way for about 2 to 3 seconds. I dont know if it is the computer going bad or re-setting it self. I dont know. I bought the car they way it was with a muffler and cold air intake because i needed something good on gas. It has about 285k miles on it. Recently i had the timing and water put done . Anyone know what this could be ?
