Default Funny winding sounds 2007 (with video and sound)

HELP!!!

i dont know what this winding sound is, but its been bugging me for several months. I took it to 2 repairs shops and they both said they dont know what it is. this sounds is coming from the left side of the engine (if your standing in front of the car). I had my transmission replaced by Honda 2 months ago and this sound started 4 months prior. No one seems to know what the problem is and i was hoping someone here can help. Thanks all!!!

here are the sounds i recorded:

this is from inside the car underneath the passangers dashboard.

Have you recently had the timing belt/waterpump replaced? or a CAI added?

no replacement of timing belt or water pump. And no CAI. i have 100k miles and it only makes that sound as i accelerate. First i thought it was the power steering but that was rules out.

your overdo for a timing belt, water pump, and all other belts. that noise you hear could possibly be your timing belt or tensionor if that goes or your timing belt snaps your going to need a new engine.

Lowlifes right I would consider doing it asap, you can find garages that will do it far cheaper than the dealership but find one you can trust that uses quality parts.
