I have a 2009 Accord. I installed aftermarkt headlights a while ago and have a coulple of problems. The highbeams will go on if I hold the stalk but if I press it forward to the position that would normally keep the highbeams on , they do not go on. Also I have to rotate the lighting **** one position to get the headlights and rear lights to stay on. Otherwise the rear lights go on but the headlights do not stay on. I have replace the lighting stalk
