Help buying 2010 Honda Accord Coupe EX

Hi! I am looking at this used 2010 Honda Accord Coupe EX for sale. The seller is asking for $5,000. It has 148k miles on it. I am wondering if you can take a look at the carfax and let me know if there are any red flags? Thank you.

Can't see it. That's kind of high price for it if the fax is clean. If you like the car offer 3500
