Help identify the black tube behind the back seat

Default Help identify the black tube behind the back seat
Hello. Can someone tell me what is the purpose of this black tube under/behind the back seat of my Honda Accord? Is it electrical?

As far as I can tell, there is an electrical ground to the chassis.
The tube is a shield of sorts for the wiring harness
Not sure what it is for
