I'm new to this but i have a question I have a 1999 honda accord I-4 vtech and was wondering what could I do to increase horsepower and torque I'm thinking of adding headers and a performance chip I already have cold air intake in it.

 

welcome to the forum. Headers is good, with 2 1/2 in exhaust pipe unless you purchase the entire set from headers to tail pipe. crank pulley to aluminum, the performance chip is ok, but it may turn the engine light on ( just a note ).
