Default Honda accord 2002 V6, Car not moving forward while pushing gas padle!!

My car suddenly starts behaving freaky... Ignition is good. It does not sounds like have problem but when I put in the Drive and push the gas paddle it will accelerates very slowly. If I try to push hard then rmp is increasing but car not moving. I did some research and lot of them points towards the transmission slipping and may need to rebuilt or change transmission. However that is the worse case will cost me a lots. Before Going to that option I wanted to avoid any other possibilities that can cause similar problem. I read the the codes manually below are the results. However I do not know what they mean? Do they point somewhere else??
TCS (31)
Engine Retard Command (PFINH) Signal
Check Engine(70)
Automatic Transmission malfunction with the automatic transmission controls
ABS (81)
CUP (Central Processing Unit)
By the way its automanatic transmission!!

I do not notice the problem in reverse. Recently I read the codes 700, 720, 730, 740, 780. What does these indicates? Does simply low fluid can give these codes? What could be a good solution for me?
