Hello,

I have a 1999 Honda Civic LX and yesterday i started up my car and everything was working fine, about halfway to my destination i press the gas on my car and it starts to rev up and it doesnt want to move, almost like its in neutral. what could be the problem, it has never done this before?

 

providing there is fluid in hour transmission, the clutches may be worn out. is this happening in all modes shifts.

 

also could be transmission solenoids.
