Default Honda Accord Starter Problem

Having problems starting up my 2003 Honda Accord, seems like it might be the starter or alternator, any suggestions? Tried changing the starter but it still does not work, mechanic said it's not the alternator either. After changing the starter it did start a couple of times but reverted back to the same problem. The battery is almost new so that shouldn't be the problem. Any suggestions? Anything will help! Thanks

I have uploaded a Youtube video to show the noise it makes. Please HELP!

welcome to the forum. Your starter does not seem to be engaging properly the fly wheel teeth. check the teeth on the flywheel for damage. Also the starter teeth for proper engagement.
