Ah this is a huge coincidence. I literally just went to this website and forum for the first time, because I have a 99 Accord 4cyl that is great looking and was looking to find out ways to add some power to it. And here I find you with the same issue. Lately I've been looking into an AEM Short Ram Intake to start out. I know it won't add much, but it's a start and is easy and affordable. Did you notice any change when you put an intake on yours?

If you want to give gain a mass amount of horsepower for your ride than I suggest that you look at some MOD. parts such as Fuel pressure regulators, fuel rails, fuel injectors, Spark plugs and wires, Cam gears, Pulley kits, Intake manifold - basically your known MOD. parts that execute high and efficient fuel, air, exhaust, volt and ground systems.

However, the best method for boosting horsepower is engine timing and swapping out your ECU system.
