idle issue? - 2002 Honda Accord Coupe LX

Just bought a 2002 Honda Accord Coupe LX and when i'm driving I noticed that the RPMs when im idle will drop suddenly and come back up to around 1000rpms seeming like it was about to die. Took it to AutoZone to also to see why the check engine light was triggered (See picture). What do you guys think the issue is?

welcome to the forum. check your egr valve first for excessive carbon or replace it. warmed up engine idle fluxtuate is normally a clogged or dirty egr valve. cold idle is idle cut off.

remove and clean the VTEC solenoid as seen here in this DIY also remove and clean the EGR valve and PCV valve. DIY: forgotten tune-up mods - Honda Civic Forum
