I'm always trying to do new things on my car. Recently, i tried to adjust the idle following the service manual instructions. I removed the connector to the icv and turned the idle screw to adjust the idle. I only turned it about 10 degrees and expected a response. I need to get the idle to 550 rpm. Its well below that. Is there a limit to how far the idle screw will turn? Am i turning it enough or is there a problem with it . All responses will be appreciated. Thanks

 

welcome to the forum. turn it a bit more. You will know if you turned it too much for the idle will go up and down. this is too much.
