I was looking for a 5spd but ended up with a nice running auto

A friend of mine told me the autos are garbage after 200,000 kms
Mines got 220,000km (136,000 miles)
I see guys have issues with them, but that goes with anything with high mileage

Should sell it or just drive it like an old lady

I plan on keeping it, but if it's going to be a headache soon I'd like to sell it

It's just my cheap commuter car, I usually drive a full size pickup

 

welcome to the forum. Keep the ride. I know of several accords 90-93 that have 350k + and still run well. eats a little oil but does pass smog. change your oil an filter ea 3-5k and your trans fluid once a year using honda fluid only. Issues on early hondas many fixes can be done by driver/owner. the newer they get the less we can do.
