Question Loud noise when locking and unlock doors '97 Accord

Yep, it's me, AGAIN...
For years now, regardless of using the key fob, the key, pushing the door lock/unlock button, or pushing the button itself, the car makes a horrible buzzing noise. It's very loud too. I'd record it but I'm not sure how I'd post it. I'll try later today.

Anyway, it's time to address the buzzzzzz because it's so loud people in the vicinity look at me funny when they hear it. At one point, somewhere over the years, someone said something about it being a "vacuum" issue with the electric door locks but I'm so not educated in this field that I've never tried to get it fixed or even mentioned it to anyone - although anyone that hears me lock/unlock the car KNOWS I have some sort of problem LOL.

So what would cause the door locks make this loud noise when locking or unlocking? It happens with all 4 doors, doesn't matter "how" I lock or unlock..the noise happens. Kind of like a fog horn but not so low in tone that goes "buzzzzzzzz". Edit: I've attached a recording of the lovely buzzing noise.

Thanks in advance. Callie

possible door lock actuator. if you can open the door panel and listen for the noise. you may have a better idea

Default Loud noise when locking and unlock doors '97 Accord

Is the actuator something I would need for each door or just the driver's door? Bache they soa makes that noise. I'll look up that part tomorrow and see what I can learn. Thank you!

got a suggestion. if you go to a auto parts store, you can purchase a stethoscope like the doctors has but this one has a long add on rod to listen to noise on the vehicle. you can put it on the doors or areas to listen to where the buzzing is coming from.
