Default multi dash warning lights

I don't drive my 2013 Accord EX 4 cyl often. I started it a couple days ago and it has multiple dash lights on. They are electric steering, low tire pressure, stability control, forward collision, lane departure, and ABS. It seems to drive fine. I'm assuming that it's a simple, related issue.

welcome to the forum. have you tried shut down and restart, also shut down disconnect the battery and resecure the terminal, be aware you'll need your radio code to get the radio to work again.

I drove it then and a couple days later a second time. No change. Have not disconnected the battery.

Do disconnect the battery,it acts like a reboot on a computer.

Make sure to clean the battery terminals and cable terminals.
Electronics goes nuts if the power and voltage going to them is not what they expect
Weird things happen.

if you can get a hold of a scan tool, or go to an auto zone, clear all the lights, start fresh.

Autozone scan showed nothing. Alternator showed good at 14.4. After I went to autozone I washed it. When I left the car wash the lights went out but later came back on.
