I know the 1989 Accord had glass headlights, but what year did Honda go with plastic headlights?

i believe was in 1990 to plastic head light. 89 had the glass lamps that pop up from flush.

 

That is what I was afraid of......I miss glass headlights! No "fogging" from UV light!

So one would have to go back to at least a 1989 to get away from plastic headlights....those cars are hard to find in good shape but they had a gorgeous body design. I didn't mind the pop up headlights except when it got cold they could freeze in the down position. You had to put them up in cold weather and leave them that way.

 

 

Thanks man. I need to do that to one of mine as the other is pretty new. I just hate having to do it at all. I miss glass headlights.
