Hello fellow Accord Freaks! I recently scored a cherry blk 91 Accord ex & need some advice! After I put in a cold air kit & a cat back exhaust, I'm wondering what'll give me some more ponies without tearing down the engine to do cams n all that? Are tuner chips worth it on these older cars, or no? I'm an older cat, with no intentions of hitting any race tracks. This is just for my amusement & occasional straight line romp. Howabout a mild turbo treatment? Also, brakes & suspension are comin up so keep that in mind. Thanks all!

 

intake and exhaust do not make much hp up grade, good tone but little on performance. turbo, cam , headers will make the difference but cost money to do it right. if you swap out to a k20 turbo, you'll have approx. 300 hp at your toes.
