Default no tail lights, running lights, or dash lights, 99 honda accord

I have a 99 Honda Accord Ex. The tail, dash and running lights are out. Also the indicator beep for the lights being on doesnt work. The lights on the shifter don't come on either. I checked fuses and none seem to be blown. I do not have an after market radio installed either. I've done some research and I think it might be the driver's side multiplex control unit but am still unsure. The cheapest I can find this part is 215 dollars so still trying to troubleshoot before I decide to buy the part. Any thoughts or ideas of what the problem is? thanks

That would be my guess,I have heard of that type of problems when the MCU goes out.

Ive heard about this awhile back. I think it was a fuse under the hood. Not in the cabin. Did you check all of you lighting fuses under the hood also?

When I had roof damage fixed from a limb falling, they had to drop headliner so they could try PDR. Since the LXS doesn’t have map lights tied into rear light, I ran a wire from the left map light to the rear light, so when I unlock, all 3 lights come on and turn off like they do for the EX Accords. When they were reinstalling headliner, they must have hit something in the wiring. I did check the fuses under the hood and the 7.5 one was blown. Replaced fuse, front lights still not working. Something on the package said if they don’t illuminate, turn the bulbs around. Tried that and all 3 lights are working again. I think there is a post on YouTube about tying front and rear light together.
