Default Octane Continued!

Well, I ran another series of tests, still the same issue, new symptoms.

2005 Accord V6

87 Octane Chevron:

Knocks Randomly , especially on acceleration
Accelleration OK, Down shifts alot.
Idle smooth after warm up
FUel Purge (put put noise pusing air out of fuel system) not too bad

89 OCtane Chevron, or Shell:

Knocks lightly on acceleration, especially with full tank (weight)
Acceleration Ok, Seeems to work harder at faster speeds
Idle Smooth as ice, cant even hear or feel the car at idle
Fuel Purge noise a little worse.

93 Octane Shell or Chevron:

No Knocking or Pinging
Acceleration Fantastic....Like a rocket!
Idle Sucks....Its not missing, but you can feel the car sitting at traffic light and AC is whinier (maybe rest of engind is quieter and I can hear it , dunno...but the rougher idle is annoying

Fuel Purge system is totally Loud. I thought my muffler had gone bad!

I hate paying for Premium, I cant stand the knocking noise on the lower Octanes. Tech at Honda says timing can not be adjusted without new computer. Very Frustrated....they tell me to run premium as it is a high compression motor. Manual says anything above 86, so the manual is no commital.
