I have been having issues with my 2008 Honda Accord 2.4L. When it is started cold, it rattles for about few seconds and then the rattling stops and the engines runs normal, with no noise! With every could start, it rattles! I went on the internet, I was advised it is the vvt. I changed it, but it makes the same noise!

What could be the problem and should I do?!

 

welcome to the forum. check for looseness on the exhaust shroud, the cat cover while its cold or loose nuts and bolts. cracked exhaust manifold,
