The AC/Heater controls stays powered up when I turn the key off. The Heater/AC fan will blow with they key off and all the lights are light up. Is the power being back fed from something else or is the ignition switch just not killing the power to it?

 

if you have a heavy key chain ( lots of keys ) this could cause the ignition switch to go bad and back feed pwr. after turning the key to the off and the heater/ac fan stays on, jiggle the ign switch to see if they go off.

 

Well I only have two keys on the key ring. I wiggled the switch around a bunch and got it to turn off. I guess I need to replace the switch in the near future.

 

I replaced the ignition switch and the problem has not happened since.
