First off I'm new to the forum, so, hello...

I just got my car back yesterday after having accessories installed from the dealer. If you look next to the left of the clock you see the little car. I touched there and this popped up (see attached screenshot). When I clicked on the first one (brake system problem) it brought up my car with the brakes highlighted and began reading the diagnosis aloud. Well the traffic light changed and I took off and it stopped. It went away and I can't find any history of it besides this pic. Is there any way to pull history how mechanics can pull history from the computer through the obd port? Maybe if they hook it up it'll be accessible.
It was never there BEFORE they got their hands on it and I want proof. They installed some electrical things (USB ports, door sill trim illumination, wireless charging pad) and I'm wondering if they got some wires crossed.
