Default Transmission fluid change

Hello experts, i am new here saying Hi, to everyone, and thank you everyone to allow me part of forum,
i am big fan of honda and used to have honda CRV 2005 for 16+ years, most of time i did all general maintenance by my self, recently i got Honda Accord 2016 with 2.4L 4 Cyl with BC5A - CVT i found all service record in dealer including the previous owner has replace key fob battery at honda dealer , car is working smooth and it has 94000KM ( canada) / 58000 Mile (USA) i didn't find any service record about transmission fluid replacement, means i believe it never changed , i decide to do it , but i am skeptical as it never changed its already 58000 miles, is it ok to change or its too late ? becasue ideal is to change every 30K miles/50K KM , many people says if it surpass and new fluid may cause failure CVT because older oil ( thick) and keep parts moving rather than new clean/thin can cause issue, is this true or myth, ? i am in bit limbo , your help appriciated , thanks in advance. is inline oil filter also need to be changed or just oil change is fine ?

You are getting a lot of bad information. Change the fluid.
