Question An unexpected issue

I have a 1992 Accord LX, 4 Cylinder all stock. The car has roughly 230,000 miles so alot has been fixed and/or replaced over the 20+ years of its life and it runs strong. That is until the other day. The other day the car was flooded, not gas, flood water. Right up to its eyeballs. The vehicle was in water that was about brake pedal high roughly the bottom of the front seat. The vehicle was pushed out of the flood water and left to dry for several days. As of now the vehicle starts and the engine runs. I do most of the work on this car myself so I'm familiar with the engine but that's not the problem. Here what I see on the dash cluster. Check engine light, ABS light and the speedometer bounces randomly from 0 to 70ish. I'm not the best with electrical on this vehicle but here's what I think. The VSS could cause the speedometer problem. The ABS sensor could cause the ABS dumby light. The check engine light can be set off by either of these. I have not pulled codes yet. I've never delt with a problem like this. Any insight will be helpful. Break it down for me guys what do you think?

get those codes checked. i believe the ECU is down in the passenger foot well so im guessing it got wet then gunked up from the dirty flood water.
