Will Ac still work with radio removed?

Will Ac still work with radio removed?
I have an 06 Accord and need to remove the radio to work on it. It is really hot here in Southern Calif so I've got to have my AC. My question is, can the AC still function without the radio or is it integrated into the radio? Thanks
