Default Wont start when hot

If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome. I have a 2000 Accord 2.3 that starts fine when cold but once brought up to operating temp and sitting for about 20 min after shut off it is very hard to start. Once it starts up after hot it runs roughly for a few seconds then smooths out and runs fine. There are no DTCs and I just replaced the rotor, cap, coil and the ECT sensor. Any ideas what is causing this issue?

Welcome in,I would look at the starter relay, not sure if it is seperate from the starter or not,if not the relay then the starter itself may be the problem.

Any updates of fix?

Mine is doing the same thing, if I restart it immediately it will start without any problems. But wait 10 minutes after going into a store or house and it wont crank very easily.
