Default 1992 Honda Civic DX Blows "Stop/Horn" fuse

Got a 1992 Honda Civic DX that keeps blowing the 20 Amp fuse for the "Stop/Horn" that is next to the fuse holder next to the car battery (under the hood). As soon as I add a new fuse it blows it immediately.

Current problem, my stop lights (brake lights) and my horn is not working. Does anyone know what the problem could be? If it is a short, where can it be? I think it may be where the Horn is, but I can't seem to find it under the hood.

Any troubleshooting steps that you can give me that can help me find the short. I am very capable of doing tests with test lights and volmeters that I currently own.

If you could get a hold of a wiring schematic for the horn/stop circuit, it'll be a lot more useful. But your short is most likely before the load, its grounding itself out somewhere between the fuse and the load, that is ur best bet to look.

I have a 1992 Honda Accord EX and I'm having the exact same problem, but I know very little about troubleshooting/fixing this myself. Can anyone advise whether this is a major effort and expense to have repaired and if not, would it require a special type of mechanic to fix it?
