hi im new here and new to hondas i recently purchased a 2000 si b16 and its had a few bolt on upgrades but i have a check engine light on and when i connect the code reader to it i get an error saying can establish link idk if anyone would have any idea why that is and sometimes when i get on it, it feels like it loses all power for a split second then it goes back to being fine anyways any help is appreciated
