Default 2001 Honda Civc oil leak

I have just replaced my valve cover gasket, but still have a oil leak and unsure what what is causinging the leak. I have included a few photos. The oil is leaking out the bottom of the round black plastic piece shown in the photo. Is this possibly a bad seal on the cam shaft? Would appreciate any advice and repair options. Thanks!
