Default 2011 Civic Si

I just got my clutch replaced about 2 weeks ago I got it replaced because none of my gears were going In while the car was on but when it was off all of the gears would go in. A mechanic came and took a look at it and he said my clutch disc was toast and I would need to replace my clutch. I got a 4th gear grind and my reverse was hard to get into when it was replaced, and now it’s doing the same thing again all my gears won’t go in while the car is on, 4th and reverse grind when I try to put them in gear and the other don’t grind they are just really hard and won’t go in at all. Does anyone know what could be the problem it’s also making a sound and when I press the clutch it goes away. I’ll post some videos for you guys. Thank you.

Did he replace the pilot bearing?
Is the clutch travel good? Looks short.

Yeah he did is pilot bearing the same as the throw out bearing or is it different? I feel like there is travel in the clutch. I replaced my slave cylinder and gears started to go in again they all seem to go in pretty well just 1st gear when I go from a stop it like wants to stall. And 4th has a grind if I shift into it to fast.

Pilot bearing gets pressed into the flywheel. The input shafts nose goes into it.It keeps it aligned. When they go bad the clutch plate is angled and it will grind a bit.

I now I have a new problem gears we’re going in well when I replaced my slave cylinder. Just like I said I was getting a stall problem going from 1st gear from a stop. Now I think my clutch is slipping in every gear when I full throttle my rpm’s go up and revs up but my speed doesn’t. It’s weird my clutch went bad in such a short time do you think it’s actually my clutch or could be something else. I tried adjusting my clutch pedal but that didn’t work.
