Default 8th gen si

Crank No Start.
Replaced fuel pump (Tested both old n new. They work)
Replaced crankshaft n both camshaft sensors
Replaced fuel pump relay
Fuses look good like new
New battery
All the fuses in the hood fuse box gets power
Under dash fuse box gets power but I dont think the relays do

Also, apparently no spark when cranking
N fuel pump wont prime

So why not try some testing? Did you test fuel pressure?
Looking at fuses is useless. This way of testing works well and fast. Do a complete fuse block in less than a minute.

Nah. Didnt test for fuel pressure since no fuel pump prime. N for the fuse testing, I just used a test light instead of my multimeter for volt, but I’ll do so right now. Thx

Test light works fine.

Yea. All fuses in fuse box under hood gets power except oil level fuse but thats prolly nothing. But when I was testing the pgm fi 1 relay. 2 pins get power, 1 pin clicks, then last pin doesnt get power or click

Hey. If I wanted. Can I change the ecu I think thats the problem cuz all this happened after unplugging it
