Default 90 civic ecu light not on

Well here goes i hope i am able to explain my problem good enough so that i can get a comfortable answer! I have a 1990 honda civic hatchback, I purchased a 1.5 sohc for the car! Come to realize the car had a zc engine in it it looked just like the engine i replaced it with except it had a different crankshaft pulley. Also the Zc engine was fuel injected when the engine i replaced it was dual point! I did the swap for the intake by doing away with the dual point all together! The trans is from a 1995 5sp integra and i have ebay headers on it. After making all the neccessary changes so that the car would run! It drove real rough it was like if i didnt keep my foot all the way in the gas or atleast be accelerating while driving it would jerk on low pedal pressure. Meaning i couldnt baby the car or it would jerk! After about 50 mi it just stopped running all together! now my ecu light is not on could my problem lay with the ecu sayin 1.6 5sp since my engine is now 1.5

welcome to the forum Drissle: enjoy your stay. Yes I do beleive your ecu thinks it still has the original engine. When doing engine mods, I was advised to make sure you get the ecu for that engine that is being put in if not the same.
