Default 91 civic problems...

I have a 91 Civic 5 speed manual (d15b2, I think). Just a couple days ago it started to have trouble starting. Once I got it started after a couple tries, it would idle low around 700 rpm. I can have my lights on but not my heater or it'll die. Once it's warmed up it'll sputter at around 1500 rpms in 1st gear. Sometimes it'll sputter after I shift into 2nd and then into 3rd. It sounds like there is to much air somewhere or something or its not getting enough fuel. If anyone knows what I should do, please let me know.

I had an 87 vw jetta that did similar things like this, but had coolant problems too. It had a blown head gasket and many other unknown problems (to my knowledge). So im hoping nothing like this is happening to my Honda too.
