92hb wont start in hot weather

i have a 92 hb just painted she looks and runs great ...until it reaches about 80 deg.. outside .. i never had a problem with her until now can sum1 give some good advise thanks in advance ... oh yea ..WHEN I OPEN THE GAS CAP SHE HISSES LOUD..

My car does the same exact thing. EVERY time its hot outside it will not start, we pulled the plugs one day and they were fuel fowled... my bf seems to think that the heat is building up too much fuel pressure. He said try and leave thekey in the on position for about 5 mintues and then try and start it. Hope that helps... otherwise I would check your spark plugs to see if they are fuel fowled. The reason he thinks this is because when its very cold outside fuel pressure is low.

i have a 88 hb and it about the same as ur mine does the same thing its a factory defect in the fuel pressuer relay because in 88 they used a cold solder to connect the wire in the relay u can buy one but ther expsnive and hard to put on
