The right rear wheel on my Civic shakes and wobbles 55 mph or over I can visibly see it in the rear view side mirror I replaced the trailing arm bushing cuz it was bad put it back together made sure it was set properly and level check the other bushings all seemed fine no cracks excessive wear what else could it be and for some reason when I put everything back together the wheel now looks slanted and pushed out on the front of it. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and I'm pretty stumped.

 

Is it a new tire?
