Does anyone know if the 99 civic bumper with fog light holes will fit on a 98 HX?

 

welcome to the forum. Looking at part numbers, show different nbrs. view the bumper picture looks same, but the 98hx has a added on piece below the normal bumper. also does the 99 have the wiring for he fog lamps. Best to ask a body shop that works a lot on hondas if possible. I would measure the entire bumper top to bottom to check for fit. you would have to do a complete conversion.... Fenders, hood, headlights, grill, bumper, headlight liners. fog light harness are the same plug.... i did it before to my old 96 hx...
