Default 98 Civic ICM?

Hello everyone, i have a 98 Civic DX and am having problems with it. While driving today the car just quit. Prior to it quitting the battery and oil lights came on and no CEL. The car cranked but wouldnt turn over so I had it towed home. I get it home and the car starts, runs just fine now. A quick google search showed the ICM could be bad so i tested it. When cranking the engine the test light does not flash which would point to a bad ICM, however the car runs fine. Im a broke *** college student, so id rather not spend $100 on a new ICM if thats not the issue.

Any thoughts? A bit lost on what to do here. A few weeks ago the car was stalling and got a CEL PO135. Changed the O2 sensor and ran fine, now this. I dont think its related though.

Thanks..
