yeah just disconnect the connections going to the fan then using a few wires connect wires from your battery to the fan. if they dont work you need a new fan.

Hey J Dawg, I jumped the fan and it works. Do you think it's an issue with the sensor on the thermostat? I replaced the relay and yes the car has double fans for AC and Rad. Let me know and thank you.

I would probably go ahead and change the temperature sensor (just did it to a grand-am having the same issue and it worked fine) if all else fails might be time to take it to an automotive shop or jimmy rig it so it get power from an ignition wire that way whenever you cut your car on the fan cuts on only issue with that is it gives the fan hell constantly running and your engine is going to stay cooler kind of like running without a thermostat on some cars also if you bought your relay at a local parts store for example at Advance the relay could be bad even though its new trust me it happens alot believe it or not go up there check the parts number they gave you make sure that is correct and if all else fails take it back advance will exchange it so will pep boys and oreillys with no problem.
