Default B20B w/ B16 Head Help

So it is to my understanding that the B20B has a crappy R/S ratio (1.54), my B20 is a Dart B20 Bare Block (horsepowerfreaks.com). the deck height is 226mm. with that said, does that mean that i have 226mm to work with to fabricate a crank and rods to achieve 1.75 r/s? unsure of the truth behind that, i calculated to 220mm to be safe, which comes to 80mm stroke and 140mm rods. keeping in mind that there still needs space for the piston head. can anyone help me out as to if i should calculate to the full 226mm? or was i right to calculate to 220mm? any and all feedback is appreciated.

oh and idk if it matters but it will have a B16 head.
