Buy my leased Civic at end of lease

My 2015 Civic has 6,500 miles on it and is in excellent condition. Lease is up May 15, 2018. Do you think I should buy it at the payoff amount or would it be better to lease a new one. I am leaning toward purchasing it.

welcome to the forum. being it has low miles, it may be worth doing a purchase. get a nada and kkb book est value price and see if the payoff can be bargained for. the dealer is only going to resell the vehicle at a top retail price due to low milage. offer a lower price and see if they might accept it.
