Default check engine light

well you guys i'm back again... and i'm a bit confused here's the story:
00 civic dx automatic hatch
took it to the shop to get an oil change and they called and said my air filter is dirty and needed changing now that they changed it i have all sorts of codes popping up and the check engine light is on.. it wasnt on before i took it there, wires and all are good because before i got the car a few months ago the lady had a tune up, i had a gas treatment in the car as well and i have already changed the distributor cap and rotor.

now i'm looking for the actual solution to the problem i'm getting these particular codes p0302, p0304, p0300, and p1399 if anyone has a solution to this please please let me know i'm quite fed up with this problem thanks for your time.

p0302 #2 cyl misfire, p0304 #4 cyl misfire, p0300 and p1399 random misfire.
Items to check or replace, rotor, cap, sparkplugs, wires. p1399 also includes valve adjustment, or egr blocked.

check the compression of each cylinder. we see plenty of these at the dealership with really bad head gasket problems or "dead" cylinders with far lower compression than the
rest of the cylinders. otherwise the ignitor inside the distributor wears out...pretty common. usually a new remanufactured unit from honda does the trick if the problem is ignition related!
