clock resetting, no radio, no lighter

clock resetting, no radio, no lighter
I have an 86 Honda civic wagon and suddenly, yesterday, the radio stopped working, the cig lighter has no power, and the clock resets to 1:00 everytime the car is started. is this a fuse or relay issue? should i take the radio out and check the wiring? please help as i'm on a road trip and would love my radio and cig lighter to work! thanks!
